AT1030 Ceramic Pressure Sensor
Model 1030 is an original imported product, and it is a type of dry porcelain piezoresistive pressure sensor made of porcelain with special process. Porcelain is an acknowledged material with the character of high elasticity, resistance of wear and corrosion, impact modifier and anti-vibration. With porcelain’s thermal stabilization and the thick-film resistor, the sensor’s operating temperaturerange is -40~135℃, and the measurement data is of high precision and stability. Electrical insulation level exceed 2KV, and the output signal is strong and its long-term stability is very good. The major development trend of the pressure sensors is producing porcelain sensor with high characteristic and lower price, and there is a trend for this kind of sensor to take place of other types of sensors in Europe, and more and more users begin to use porcelain pressure sensor instead of strain pressure transducer and silicon piezoresistance pressure sensor.
Features
1. Good interoperability, lowest price, high cost performance
2. Laser demarcation with full-scale, of high precision and high stability.
3. Excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
4. High impact and vibration resistance.
5. Low volume, and easy for packaging.
